Dr. Lee Kong is wonderful. In addition to being a great surgeon, he is kind and caring and we feel very lucky to have him. Also, his staff is the best. Unlike most doctor's offices these days, someone always answers when you call (no voicemail and waiting for call backs). His nurses and everyone in the office are always so nice and helpful. Dr Lee Kong was very nice. He was very helpful in trying to help me understand what my surgery will be like and how my recovery will be. I liked the staff very much.

While the visit with the dr was great, the experience in the parking lot was awful. I couldn't find parking in the lot for fort minutes, and after the appointment I couldn't exit the lot for over 30 minutes because there were so many cars. There needs to be a solution to the parking situation.

Directly after the meeting, someone from the operating suite called me to make an appointment for a biopsy. I asked that she please return the call in 30 minutes as I was not able to hear her. I was in a public space. And I have not heard back from her. At this time, and it has been. Today it's now tomorrow will be 2 days later. Okay, that's it. Thank you.

This is the best medical Center that I have ever been .....You really are Amazing. .

The parking took over a half an hour to park in the parking lot in the hospital. I know it's probably always that way, but it was difficult to park there.

Steven A. Lee-Kong has been one of the best providers I've ever experienced. He has helped me with my colon and he actually explained all the... problems I was facing and he's actually been a close friend now since I've seen him. Thank you.
