GALBRAITH, MISS LYDIA (AUNT SUE) formerly of 2242 Vine Avenue, Apt. 155, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 1989, at Hillcrest South. Daughter of the late Hugh and Angeline Galbraith. Born in Mooresburg, Tenn. Miss Galbraith was a graduate of Knoxville College, attended Hampton Institute in Hampton, received an A.B.

Degree from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, N.C., a Masters of Arts Degree from Teachers College at Columbia University in New York City. She held teaching positions in Tazewell and La Follette, before going to North Carolina to teach at the Cleveland Training School for 12 years. In 1936, she was elected supervisor of Cleveland County Schools, the position she held until her retirement in 1962. Upon retiring, she returned to her native home and cast her lot with the Patton Street Church of God, now the Cherry Street Church of God.

She was a very devoted member of the Bereavement Committee. Survivors: devoted family who will cherish fond memories of her, two nieces; six nephews; five greatnieces; six great-nephews; one foster daughter; a host of great-great-nieces; other relatives and friends. Retired minister, Siedentopf, dies The Rev. Robert Bonar Siedentopf, a retired minister and an organizer of Parkway Presbyterian Church, died Monday at University of Tennesee Hospital. He was 69. Siedentopf, a graduate of Southwestern University at Memphis and the Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, has ministered in churches throughout the country, including churches in Missouri, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. While ministering in the Volunteer state, Siedentopf took the pulpit at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church and New Covenant Presbyterian, as well as Parkway Presbyterian.

He came to Tennessee in 1969 from Trinity Presbyterian Church in Pensacola, where he pastored for 11 years. While there, he served as chairman of the Human Relations Commission of the city of Pensacola, a bi-racial group appointed by the Pensacola City Council to improve relations in the city. A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Siedentopf had a brief career as a professional baseball player in 1940-41 when he played first base for the Meridian (Miss.) Millers. He was a member of the Knoxville Presbytery and is former president of the Presbyterian Ministers' Association of Knoxville. A memorial service was held Wednesday.
